  • Artist website. An existing SongTakes theme configured with your content, colors, and available branding.
  • EPK and link-in-bio. A press kit and bio page organized around the music and information you provide.
  • Up to five tracks. Supplied track details, artwork, audio, and streaming links added to your profile, with selected music featured on your pages.

  • One revision round and handoff. Review the setup, send one consolidated list of changes, and learn how to make future updates.

    Start with an inquiry. Once we confirm the package and timing, send your bio, photos, artwork, music, and links together.

  2. We build your setup

    We organize your content, configure a SongTakes theme, and prepare your website, EPK, and link-in-bio page for review.

  3. Review, approve, and share

    Send your included revision requests in one list. After your approval, we publish your pages and walk you through managing them.

What do I need to provide?

Your artist or band name, an existing bio, photos, any logo or brand preferences, social and streaming links, and the files and details for up to five tracks. You can also supply existing press quotes or links for your EPK.

Do I need a SongTakes account?

Yes. The setup lives in your own SongTakes account so you can manage it afterward. If you haven’t created an account yet, we’ll explain what you need before setup begins.

How long does setup take?

We’ll agree on a delivery window before you book. Timing depends on availability and having your complete content ready; missing files or delayed feedback can move the delivery date.

Can I make changes afterward?

Yes. Your package includes one revision round during setup and a short handoff. Afterward, you can update your content yourself using SongTakes.

What is outside the setup package?

This package uses existing SongTakes themes and features, personalized with your content and branding. Custom design, bespoke layouts, new features, logo design, extensive copywriting, domain registration, additional tracks, and ongoing updates are outside this package. Any extra work is agreed separately.

Does the free year of Pro Indie cover this service?

No. Any eligible free-year offer applies to your platform plan. VIP Artist Setup is an optional, separate one-time service; the setup fee does not extend your promotional period.

Can you set up several artists for my roster?

Yes—get in touch with the number of artists and what you need for each. The advertised package covers one artist or band; roster setup is quoted separately.

Does the setup fee include my SongTakes plan?

Setup service only. Your SongTakes plan is separate. Public website and EPK access require a plan that includes those features, including any eligible promotional access.

Will you supply my domain name?

No. You’ll need to purchase and own your domain name separately. We can help connect it to your SongTakes website, either through delegated access to your domain provider or by giving you the DNS settings to enter yourself. Domain registration and renewal fees are paid directly to your provider.

Do you use AI for images and artwork?

We request real band photography and artist-created artwork, and discourage using AI-generated images in their place. If you need song or album artwork, your setup includes up to five basic designs using typography, supplied images, and limited AI assistance where appropriate. Each design is based off our basic template and you’ll receive the editable Affinity source files.

Do you use AI for written content?

Your bio, song descriptions, and show descriptions should come from you. We may use AI-assisted tools to improve spelling, grammar, and readability while preserving your voice and meaning. You’ll review and approve the finished content before publication.
